My name is Marie-Josée Arseneau and I’m the owner of MJ Arseneau Photography.

I just wanted to tell you guys a little bit about me… I’m from Petit-Rocher NB and I now live in Moncton NB.

I graduated in 2010 from Medical Laboratory Technology. I worked for 12 years in Microbiology at George Dumont Hospital. After a few years of being exhausted beyond what I could bear, I decided it was time for me to stop and reassess what was really important to me.

I called my doctor and she agreed that I was depressed and had anxiety. After several months of working to get back on my feet, I was feeling better, but I didn’t think I could continue on the medical path.

I always loved photography and decided to pursue that area for my future career! It’s not an easy task but I’m doing it!!! I completed my photography course with L’institut de la Photographie (The Photography Institute) in spring 2023. I’m excited to start taking pictures of all the beautiful faces and places in Moncton, Dieppe & Riverview.

Authenticity, beauty and lots of laughter will be present when we are taking pictures! And hopefully will make you forget all of your everyday problems. Join me in showing how beautiful the world is and making memories that will last a lifetime.
